These chips are absolutely amazing. Unlike most veggie chips, they are crispy and flavorful. A perfect combination for a salty snack that is not only good for you, but also sustainable! I'm proud to support businesses like Pulp Pantry, and I hope to see these chips on the shelf at Target soon.
I tried all 4 flavors. I like bbq and salt and vinegar the best. The pack size perfect for an afternoon snack. And it feels good to snack on chips with good nutrition information (no guilt feeling!). Even my husband who is typically “allergic” to ”healthy/hippy” products liked them! He wants more of the salt n vinegar flavor!
The jalapeno lime chips were DELICIOUS! Spicy, flavorful, crunchy, and salty. And the sea salt ones were really good. I like spice, so I definitely prefer the jalapeno lime ones. Such a treat for me, because I follow a grain free autoimmune diet. Definitely recommend!
Excited to have these as a replacement for all the "unhealthy" chips my boyfriend asks for :)
These were tastier than I thought but I just didn't LOVE them. Flavor was good, but at first the texture seemed like "stale" chips... but not (hard to explain - they weren't soggy or "bendy" like old, stale chips but just didn't have the snap of a corn tortilla).
They were higher in carbs than I expected for a real veggie chip. This matters to me since I am a Type 1 diabetic and my levels tend to stay better when not eating snack chips that exceed 15 carbs/serving. *Note that no matter what the Glycemic Index is, I STILL have to go by the total carb count on the product label to dose my insulin correctly.
I just may buy these again. I love what this company stands for and this is an amazing way to decrease food waste.
